2. Service Description

Juhus Tips grants the purchaser the paid member role in the Juhus Discord server for the chosen duration. In the paid channel, eligible sports picks appear 5 minutes before the same picks are published in the free channel.

Access is valid for the selected 7 or 30 consecutive calendar days. Purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. There is no guaranteed minimum number of picks.

Please note that picks and discussions in the Juhus Discord server are currently conducted in Estonian. Juhus Tips does not accept or intermediate bets. Following any pick is solely the customer’s decision and does not guarantee wins or profit.

3. Technical Requirements

Using the service requires an internet connection, an active Discord account, and membership in the Juhus Discord server. The account must be connected and the server joined prior to completing checkout.

Four separate 7-day purchases cost a total of €7.96. Therefore, the 30-day package saves €2.97.

5. Ordering and Payment

The customer links their Discord account, selects a plan, and reviews the total price. Upon agreeing to the terms, payment is completed via bank link or hosted card payment.

An order becomes legally binding and access is granted only when the payment gateway confirms that funds have settled. Returning to the Juhus Tips website alone does not constitute proof of settlement. Juhus Tips never stores bank account or payment card numbers.

6. Access Commencement and Extensions

Access is activated once payment is confirmed. If the customer already has an active access period, the new period is added to the end of the existing entitlement.

If the Discord role does not appear within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, the customer should contact customer support. In case of non-conformity of the service, statutory consumer remedies remain available.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an online contract without reason within 14 days of conclusion. To exercise this right, the consumer may submit our online withdrawal form or send an unambiguous notice to [email protected].

If the consumer requested immediate performance of the service during the withdrawal period and later withdraws, they shall pay an amount proportional to the service provided up to withdrawal. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided the customer gave express prior consent and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance. A 7-day service is fully performed at the end of the seventh day.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any inquiries or complaints should be addressed to customer support. Written complaints will be replied to within 15 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). These terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting applicable mandatory consumer protections.
